Terms & Conditions
By engaging in any monetary transaction with Latin Motion, you automatically and voluntarily agree to the following conditions. By physically entering any Latin Motion studio, you automatically and voluntarily agree to the following conditions.
By hiring the Latin Motion studio, you automatically and voluntarily agree to the following conditions:
- I understand that I am completely responsible for all damages to the room and all equipment herein. I assume full responsibility for ensuring that the studio is returned in the same condition as it was hired.
- I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I, or those who I invite, incur within the Latin Motion studio.
- My guests and I agree to waive any claims against Latin Motion or any of its employees for injury or damages. We forever release waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Latin Motion for any reason, including negligence and other acts.
Latin Motion reserves the right to cancel my reservation with minimal notice and without reason. Full refund will be given. If you cancel a studio reservation under 24 hours before the hired time, Latin Motion requests a full payment. If you cancel a studio reservation over 24 hours before the hired time, Latin Motion will at least partially return the payment, depending on notice given.
By participating in any event, workshop, or class offered by Latin Motion, you automatically and voluntarily agree to the following liability regulations:
- I understand that events, workshops, or classes offered by Latin Motion are of a physical nature. I understand the physical requirements and am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved, including any form of injury or death.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any activity sponsored by Latin Motion. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in any event, workshop or class offered by Latin Motion
- In consideration of being permitted to participate in any activity offered by Latin Motion, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program/class/workshop.
- In further consideration of being permitted to participate in any activity sponsored by Latin Motion, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Latin Motion or any of its employees for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program/class/workshop.
- I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Latin Motion or any of its employees for any injury or death caused by their negligence or any other acts.
If the participant is under 18 years of age, his/her parent or guardian automatically and voluntarily agrees to the aforementioned conditions.
Latin Motion reserves the right to cancel any class and offer a make up class instead. If you cannot attend the make up class, then that class can be rolled over to the next course.
If you miss a class, you can catch it up by doing the same class on any other day of the week in the period of the 8 week course.
If you decide cancel your enrollment in a course, Latin Motion is not obligated to reimburse you. However, cases will be considered on an individual basis and depending on the time of cancellation, partial or complete refunds may be given.
Class passes and membership passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be placed on hold.
- Latin Motion recognizes that he website may have errors of the typographical nature, or inaccuracies.
- LatinMotion.com.au is created for personal use only. Any unauthorised use of LatinMotion.com.au may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
- Occasionally, LatinMotion.com.au may link to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience. They do not insinuate endorsement by Latin Motion. We have no responsibility for the content of linked websites.
- Advice received through Latin Motion or its employees should not be relied upon for personal, medical, legal or financial decisions and you should consult an appropriate professional for specific advice tailored to your situation.
- If you are dissatisfied with any part of LatinMotion.com.au, or with any of these terms of use, or with any services provided by Latin Motion your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Latin Motion website and Latin Motion services.
- All content of LatinMotion.com.au is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
- All logos, trademarks, graphics, pictures, and photos are exclusive property of Latin Motion and may not be used under any circumstances.
Latin Motion will not refund for any merchandise purchased online or offline. However, we will accept exchanges and give account credit for returned merchandise. If the merchandise is faulty, Latin Motion will replace item(s) or credit your account.
